Fast-track arrival at Ngurah Rai
Fifteen to thirty minutes from aerobridge to car instead of forty-five to ninety in the peak-season queue. On a trip where the first meeting is the same afternoon, that is the difference between arriving and recovering.
Figures dated 7 August 2026
01 — On landing
What actually happens, in order
Six steps. The only one you participate in is walking.
-
Before you fly
Documents pre-checked
Passport, arrival card and e-visa reviewed before departure. Almost every delay at the counter is a document problem that was visible days earlier.
-
On the aerobridge
Met at the gate
A licensed greeter waits at the aerobridge or arrivals gate with a name sign. No hall to find, no queue to guess at.
-
+5 min
Fast-track lane, or a private room
Escorted directly to the fast-track immigration lanes, or into a private VIP immigration room where that has been booked.
-
+15 – 30 min
Cleared
Immigration and customs complete, assuming documents are in order. The same process in peak season without fast-track commonly runs forty-five to ninety minutes.
-
Baggage
Bags identified and collected
Pulled from the carousel for you and walked through customs, rather than waiting at the belt with a phone in one hand.
-
At the exit
Handover to your driver
Direct handover at the designated VIP exit point to the pre-arranged villa or hotel driver — not to a taxi rank.
Coordinated through Bali Premium Trip at Ngurah Rai International Airport with the Juara Holding Group investor desk. Timings assume documents are in order; nothing here overrides an immigration officer's decision.
02 — Cost
What it costs and what moves it
Per person, per direction. As of August 2026 and indicative rather than binding.
- Fast-track, per person per direction Arrival or departure. Both directions are booked separately.
- from USD 160
- Time through immigration, with fast-track Assuming documents are in order and no secondary checks.
- 15 – 30 min
- Time through immigration, peak season without The gap the service is actually buying, and it widens in July, August and December.
- 45 – 90 min
Where it earns its cost is a same-day first meeting, a tight onward connection to Labuan Bajo, Sumba, Lombok or Raja Ampat, or a principal who should not be standing in a public hall for an hour. On an unhurried arrival it is a convenience, not a necessity — and worth saying so.
03 — Scope
What is covered, and what is not
A short list on both sides, which is the point.
Included
- Licensed greeter meeting you at the aerobridge or arrivals gate
- Escort to fast-track lanes, or a private immigration room where booked
- Document pre-check before departure
- Baggage identified, collected and walked through customs
- Handover to your pre-arranged driver at the VIP exit
Not included
- The visa itself, or any influence over an immigration decision
- Ground transport onward — that is booked separately
- Any guarantee of a timing where secondary checks apply
- Departure, unless booked as its own direction
Visa and residency questions go to licensed immigration partners. This desk arranges the greeting and the escort; it does not file applications and cannot expedite a decision.
How much faster is it, honestly?
Fifteen to thirty minutes against forty-five to ninety in peak season, assuming your documents are in order. Outside peak months the ordinary queue is often short enough that the gap narrows considerably — the service is bought for the bad days and the tight connections.
Is it worth it for a single arrival?
It depends entirely on what is behind it. With a same-day meeting, an onward domestic flight, or a principal you would rather not have queueing, yes. On a relaxed arrival with nothing booked until the following morning, it is a comfort rather than a saving.
Does it cover departure too?
Yes, but as a separate booking and a separate charge. The quoted figure is per person, per direction. Investors on tight return schedules often book departure and skip arrival, or the reverse, depending on where the pressure sits.
What if my documents have a problem?
The pre-check exists to catch that before you fly, which is when it is still fixable. If something surfaces at the counter anyway, the greeter stays with you — but no service can override an immigration officer, and anyone promising otherwise is misrepresenting what this is.
Can it connect straight into an onward flight?
Yes. Arrivals feeding a connection to Labuan Bajo, Sumba, Lombok or Raja Ampat are the most common reason it gets booked, because the saved time is the difference between making the connection and losing half a day.
Send your flight, get it arranged
Flight number, passenger count and whether there is an onward connection. Document pre-check happens before you fly, which is the part that actually prevents the delay.
