What is collected and what happens to it
Each clause is individually linkable, so a specific one can be cited in a request.

Who this is
Bali International Financial Center Desk, operating within Juara Holding Group, is the party responsible for this site and for data submitted through it. Contact: sales@balipremiumtrip.com.

What is collected
From the contact form: the name, email address and message you provide, so the desk can reply. Automatically: standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited. Nothing else is requested, and no account is created.

Analytics
Aggregate analytics measure which pages are read and which are not, so editorial effort goes where it is used. Measurement is at the level of pages and sessions, not identified individuals, and analytics data is never combined with enquiry details.

How it is used
Contact details are used to answer your enquiry and to continue that conversation. They are not used for unrelated marketing, and personal data is not sold, rented or traded to anyone.

Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as it is useful to you — through an active enquiry and a reasonable period after it. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider's ordinary schedule.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies run only where enabled, and can be refused through the consent notice or your browser settings without losing access to anything on the site.

Third parties
Hosting and analytics providers process data on the desk's behalf under their own policies. Outbound links — to regulators such as OJK and Bank Indonesia, to ministry publications, to published property listings and to named network operators — are governed by those sites' own policies, not this one.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent, by emailing sales@balipremiumtrip.com. No particular form of words is needed and no reason has to be given.

Changes
This policy may be updated. The review date at the top of the page reflects the most recent check, and material changes are reflected in the clause text rather than announced separately.
