Indonesian tax, immigration and investment rules, thresholds, indices and fees change frequently, and may be interpreted differently in individual cases. Figures published here may be out of date by the time you read them, which is why each carries the date it was true.

Before acting, confirm your specific situation with a licensed Indonesian tax adviser, a notary or PPAT, an immigration lawyer, or the relevant authority — for example the Directorate General of Taxes or BKPM. Do not rely on this website alone for any decision with legal or financial consequences.
